Executive Chef at the Carlina in Courchevel 1850, Sonia Dekmous is completing her second season within the Alp’Azur Hotels group. Firmly established in Saint-Tropez for several years, she has built her career through outstanding experiences in five-star hotels, shaping a cuisine that is demanding, sincere and driven by excellence. Deeply inspired by her roots, Sonia Dekmous has a particular fondness for the subtle dialogue between the great classics of French gastronomy and the flavours of the Orient. After a summer season at the Domaine de l’Astragale in Saint-Tropez, the talented chef is at the helm of the Carlina this winter, with undiminished passion and the same uncompromising rigour, delighting guests’ palates with precision and generosity.
