Exposition L’Art au Sommet

L’art s’expose au sommet à Courchevel ! La 15ème édition fait la part belle aux sculptures monumentales et oeuvres originales de Jiménez Deredia, sur les pistes et en station. Vernissage en présence de l’artiste le 5 janvier à 18h, Placette de Courchevel Tourisme. Pour une balade artistique complète, des œuvres seront également reprises en photo sur des bâches grand format exposées dans les villages de la station à Courchevel, Courchevel Moriond et Courchevel Village. Art takes center stage at the summit in Courchevel! The 15th edition of the event showcases monumental sculptures and original works by Jiménez Deredia, both on the slopes and in the town. The opening ceremony in the presence of the artist will take place on January 5th at 6:00 PM at the Courchevel Tourist Office square. This winter, skiers and pedestrians can admire the works of the artist Jiménez Deredia. For a complete artistic stroll, some works will also be featured in large-format photos displayed in the villages of the resort in Courchevel, Courchevel Moriond, and Courchevel Village. Chaussez vos skis de rando, rendez-vous à partir de 18h20 au Praz à l’Alpinium pour prendre le départ de la saison 14 des Millet Ski Touring Courchevel sur un parcours de 3,2km et 500m de dénivelé positif en contre-la-montre jusqu’à Courchevel 1850 sur le front de neige de la Croisette ! In 13 years, with 195 races held and 21,472 starts, the Millet Ski Touring Courchevel has become an institution in the world of ski mountaineering and a reference among Vertical Race events. Depuis plus de 25 ans, le calendrier des Menuires est marqué chaque hiver par cet événement caritatif de taille. Objectif de cette journée parrainée par David Douillet : collecter des fonds en faveur de l’Alliance paralysie Cérébrale des Alpes (Alpysia). Cet événement met à l’honneur les plaisirs de la glisse, partagés par les personnes en situation de handicap, à travers la pratique du handiski. En 2023, la soirée du Trophée de l’Espoir a été un franc succès, rassemblant 5 000 personnes au cœur de la station. L’objectif fixé a été dépassé avec une collecte exceptionnelle de 7 000 €. For over 25 years, the Les Menuires calendar has been marked each winter by this significant charitable event. The goal of this day, sponsored by David Douillet, is to raise funds for the Alpysia Cerebral Palsy Alliance in the Alps. This event celebrates the joys of skiing shared by individuals with disabilities through the practice of adaptive skiing (handiski). In 2023, the Trophée de l’Espoir evening was a resounding success, bringing together 5,000 people in the heart of the resort. The set objective was exceeded with an exceptional collection of 7,000 €.

Rendez-vous au secteur de la Masse, spot incontournable des 3 Vallées. Le temps d’une journée, il se transforme pour accueillir 2 courses de ski (solo et relais). Pour l’épreuve en solo, jusqu’à 150 participants s’affronteront pour un défi de taille ! 4,3km de descente avec plus de 850m de dénivelé négatif, une centaine de virages et des obstacles qui viendront jalonner le parcours.Vous préférez le travail d’équipe ? La course relais est faite pour vous ! Suite aux épreuves, réunion autour d’un barbecue convivial au cœur de la station. Join us at the Masse sector, a must-visit spot in the 3 Valleys. For one day, it transforms to host two ski races (solo and relay).For the solo event, up to 150 participants will compete in a formidable challenge! It’s a 4.3km descent with over 850m of negative elevation, around a hundred turns, and obstacles along the way. Prefer teamwork? Combien de montées pensez-vous pouvoir réaliser ? Une épreuve ludique à destination des rois de la grimpe ! Un défi de 6h sur une montée sèche et chronométrée dans les gorges au départ de la station de Brides-les-Bains jusqu’au centre des Allues-Méribel. Ne retenez que la montée, longue de 3.5km pour 520 m/d+ puisque ce sera l’élément central du défi. How many ascents do you think you can achieve? This is a fun challenge for climbing enthusiasts! It’s a 6-hour event on a timed uphill climb in the gorges, starting from the Brides-les-Bains resort to the center of Allues-Méribel. Focus on the ascent, which is 3.5km long with an elevation gain of 520 meters, as it will be the central element of the challenge. Your legs and thighs will be spared because the descent will not be competitive and will be done using ski lifts.
